For skill-specific support, we offer Tutor Support Video calls. You will be required to have a phone consultation first. Go to your learning platform and navigate to your Resources folder under ‘Tutor Support Booking’ to schedule your consultation.

Please note that failure to attend an appointment without prior notification may impact your ability to book future support calls.
