Any damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your kit. If you suspect a product in your kit has been damaged in transit, i.e. bottle spillage, we can arrange for a replacement, however, we will require visual evidence of the damage.
Please submit a request by completing our support form and include:
- A clear image of the damaged item(s).
- A description of the damage.
- The course the kit was intended for.
We will then be in touch within 48 hours to organise your replacement item(s)/kit for you.
