My videos are not loading on my course

Follow these checks below;

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try reloading the page (or log out and in again!) 
  3. Make sure the video supports the browser (we always recommend Chrome or Edge) You may wish to try another browser. 
  4. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Over time, cache and cookies can cause problems with loading content. Clearing them can help.

In Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
In Firefox: Go to Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear data.
In Safari: Go to Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove all.
