Follow these checks below;
- Check your internet connection
- Try reloading the page (or log out and in again!)
- Make sure the video supports the browser (we always recommend Chrome or Edge) You may wish to try another browser.
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Over time, cache and cookies can cause problems with loading content. Clearing them can help.
In Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
In Firefox: Go to Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear data.
In Safari: Go to Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove all.
